Q: I can’t find my manufacturer / model. What do I do? A: Choose I DON’T KNOW / NOT LISTED from the “select a manufacturer” pull down list. It will bring up a size chart. You need to know the dimensions of what you need (width between mounting points being the most important!!) Q: When will I receive my bimini top? A: You will receive it in 10-12 business days from the day you ordered.
Q: I ordered the wrong size / color…what do I do? A: Call customer service ASAP so we can see if we’re able to fix the mistake.
Q: Can I pay for expedited shipping? A: These are all made to order. The product will leave the warehouse within 7-10 business days and shipped UPS ground.
Q: What if it doesn’t fit when I receive it? A: We’ll try to determine the fault. If it is our fault, we will take care of all of the costs. Before you buy the product, make sure to MEASURE!!! You will need to know the width between your mounting points, height and width desired. Remember that this is not returnable so choose correctly.
Q: What does the warranty cover? A: The materials and workmanship are guaranteed to be free of defects at time of manufacture. The warranty does cover normal wear. The cover must be properly installed, utilized and maintained. If there is a defect, we will repair or replace (at our discretion) the cover free of charge provided the customer prepays freight to and from the factory.
